Letter to Professed and Lay Resurrectionists on the Occasion of the 2025 Founder’s Day
The Feast of the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary is the customary day of religious vows for the Resurrectionists in Tanzania. Father Evandro Miranda Rosa, Superior General, received the vows from the tanzanian brothers on August 15, 2024.
An unusual visit to the General House took place on Friday, May 17. The First Lady of Poland, Agata Kornhauser-Duda, came to visit us. The meeting was held in the afternoon.
The canonical visitation of four religious houses in Brazil and one house in Bolivia by Father General Evandro Miranda Rosa, C.R. has been completed in the South American region.
That, by the vow of obedience, we may unite ourselves in spirit with Christ who came into this world to fulfil the will of his Father, to whom he was obedient unto death. (Art.40)
For the superior general, "the father of the whole Congregation."
That the general curia may function as a unifying force and continue to promote the awareness of our being an international Community.
